FLORIDA MMJ LAW & THE COMPARABLE CONDITIONS
The Florida code establishes that medical conditions of the same kind or class as or comparable to those enumerated above also are qualifying conditions.
With this in mind, if you have a similar condition to those established as the "Qualifying Conditions", you can still get your MMJ card in Florida. There are hundreds of conditions that can get you qualified.

OTHER QUALIFYING CONDITIONS
Florida law establishes that any medical condition in which the patient will benefit from the use of medical marijuana, is also a qualifying condition. So if the cannabis treatment benefits your health, you still qualify to get your MMJ card. The benefits must outweigh the detrimental side effects of marijuana.
This evaluation will be made by our cannabis physicians, based on your medical record or your physician letter. However your doctor can establish and recommend the cannabis treatment.
